Abu Ali meets with Goodluck Jonathan
This is the moment the celebrated Nigerian soldier, Lt.
Col. Muhammad Abu Ali, met with Goodluck Jonathan.
In the photo, the ex president is spotted with Abu Ali
and many other soldiers who stood at attention as the
president meets with them.
This was during Jonathan's his trip to Mubi, Adamawa
State and Baga, Borno State in February 2015.
The president had met with troops who were fighting
Boko Haram.
It will be recalled that Abu Ali was tragically killed in an
ambush by Boko Haram at Mallam Fatori, Borno State
last Friday.
His death had set Nigeria media space on fire with many
expressing deep sadness at his passing.
